Customer Rides: 2014 Nissan GT-R SPE950R Black Edition Soars on MoTeC We’ve recently received a handful of brand new off-the-lot 2014 GT-R’s to be torn down for more power. This Black Edition here is for a customer in Dubai. Don’t worry! The front lip didn’t make contact at all. Front bumper off to start off the disassembling of vehicle. Engine and trans out for internal tear down. Sleepy tech disassembling the brand new motor. Upgrading the fuels pumps and modifying fuel pump cage. This simple and fancy rod and piston holder than could have probably been easily made for less than half of the amount that was spent on purchasing it. SPE spec pistons and rods measured out and carefully tapped into each cylinder. Each rod caps torqued down to manufacture suggested specs. Measure, measure, measure! One of the most important task in engine rebuilding. Engine assembly complete and ready for action. TiTek’s 90mm Titanium Race exhaust awaiting to be unwrapped and installed. Transmission upgrade complete with PPG and Dodson components. The vehicle received a set of Swift Spec R springs and 15mm spacers on all 4 corners to give the vehicle a simple aggressive stance. What would you do to get a chance to peep through a peephole into SPE? Keep your hands where we can see them! Towards the completion of buttoning things up in the bay, the customer decided he wanted to run with MoTeC’s M1 system. Can’t say no to that! It was a great decision by the owner because the car feels excellent tuned with MoTeC. If you have any questions regarding the SPE950R package, please feel free to contact David (david@sp-power.com) or Alex (turboalex@sp-power.com).Thanks for looking!– SP Customer RidesPeter OhOctober 18, 20132014, nissan, gt-r, gtr, spe950r, black, edition, motec Facebook0 Twitter Tumblr 0 Likes
