We've Been MIA...

As many of you know, we’ve been MIA when it comes to events. We take it day by day to put a smile on our customers’ face. Whether is be for service or for builds. It’s been a long time since we’ve hit the drag strip. Over 10+ years!

Fast forward to now, we’ve always wondered what our power packages can do. We set out on a test day with two SP built street cars to see where we stand in terms of performance with no weight pulled, no drag brakes, no slicks, and no tricks. Just daily driven GT-R’s with wheels and tires slapped on and zero prep.

It ain’t much, but we are very happy to run a 8.24 (1.422) and a 8.75 (1.631) pass on these two GT-R’s. We expected nothing and returned home with solid results. While we need to work on our 60ft, we’ll take it. Big praises goes out to our two customers. Neither of them have ever been to a 1/4 mile track. All teasing aside during test day, they did a phenomenal job piloting their babies!

Our goal was to never be at the top. We’ll let the big boys enjoy that fight. With a small operation such as SP, it’s impossible to step into that territory. The road to our first dip into 7’s is in sight, and we can’t wait to reach it.
